Since gyms in England have reopened a lot of my current and old clients have wondered what my future plans are.

I named our company Hybrid One Fitness for a number of reasons and one of which is that we proud ourselves on offering a hybrid of options when it comes to exercise not just in what we deliver but also where and how we deliver.

I have been amazed how well doing sessions online has worked for us both but more importantly how our clients have also enjoyed it. Is it as good as in person, no but that was never going to be the case.

But going to gym is not ideal for everyone wherever it be due to working from home, not being able to get childcare or simply not ready to go back into a gym and we want to help all of our clients as much as we can, the setting is down to the client.

So from 1st September when I hope the current restrictions at Basildon Sporting Village are eased in terms of 50 minute time slots, only being able to go at certain times etc. I will starting back in the gym doing sessions there.

But we will still do session’s online, outside in parks and round people houses if they are in a reasonable distance to us so no one will lose out.
